Numan has a Masters in Computer Sciences from UK, he has been involved in recruitment and management consulting work for over 7 years with strategic leadership roles, undertaking a wide range of multidisciplinary projects and advising multinational corporations. He was the Regional Head of Sales for ROZEE.PK and established their Sales function in three major regions (KHI, LHR, ISL). He was also one of the pioneer recruits by Bayt.com when they started their online recruitment operations in Pakistan. He has also served as a key member of the Talent Acquisition team at Engro Foods Limited.

Numan has served many clients and to name a few are P&G, Nestle, UBL, Unilever, Dupont, HBL, GSK, Bank Islami, Shell Gas LPG, Siemens Pakistan, Engro Foods, Total Atlas Lubricants, Dawlance, Allied Bank, Dalda Foods, Philips Pakistan, Syngenta Pakistan, National Foods, House of Habib, Maresk, PPL & Reckitt Benckiser Pakistan. Nabil has a Masters Degree in Business Management from Hamdard University of Management Sciences; he brings with himself over 6 years of work experience in HR Consulting and Training.

As a Professional Recruitment Consultant for all industries he has expertise in practicing the complete recruitment cycle which includes taking in the job description from clients, sourcing suitable/relevant candidates from the market using different search modes, conducting interviews and assessments, proposing the best pool of candidates to clients, assisting in arranging interviews at client side and relay feedback, facilitating the negotiation and offer process on behalf of the client with the selected candidates and closing the position, also using psychometric testing as a candidate selection tool. He has taken various projects as a consultant and successfully executed them in an effective manner.

Syed Najeeb Alam (Director Overseas Resourcing)
Najeeb has a professional experience of 5 years with consulting and IT firms like Barbwire Technologies, Bayanat Data Processing Systems & Cisco, Najeeb specializes in the areas of resourcing & consulting overseas. He has an impressive portfolio of clients in the public and private sectors including banks, IT and FMCG Companies.

Najeeb is primarily responsible for the development of business in the Middle East Region and is involved in some key executive search assignments. He has taken various projects as an overseas consultant and successfully placed diverse candidates internationally. He takes keen interest in playing Snooker, Soccer and Cricket.

Rubina Hasan (Recruitment Consultant)
Rubina specializes in Human Resource Management, Executive Sourcing, and Organizational Development. She manages the executive search recruitment for Engineering, HR and Sales for local and international clients.

She began her career at Sui Southern Gas where she was working in the IT division, but being a people person and due to her great business acumen she was selected to join N Recruitment. Rubina has a Bachelors (Hons) degree from University of Huddersfield, UK and takes keen interest in teaching part time, market research and loves to travel.
